I have it on the authority of a keen autograph hunter that the Welsh Warbler actually lived in a house in Manygate Lane near the Old Folks Home. Ah, you cry, but that's in Shepperton!! Well, I'm including him in Sunbury because you could hear the strains of "Delilah!!!" all the way over here when his bathroom window was open!Spurning Shepperton, the Welsh Warbler moved to the end house in Homewater Ave at the top of Green Street - confirmed by a friend of a friend, who met his son coming out of the house one day!
