Quite a crowd in the linear park today
- they could have been there all the time
hidden in the long grass
but the mowers have been there
and smartened it up -
and the target of my walk today is that
lovely looking conker tree!
Look at all these conkers -
what a splendid crop -
pity they don't
taste as good as they look!
