Everything seems to be
making up for lost time
and growing like mad at the moment.
The nettles at the entrance
of the park
were going geat guns till the council
was stung into action
and hacked them all to the ground.
Here the weeds tower over me -
I think they're cow parsley -
and they have sprung up over the past week.
On the way home
I walk past a showering of clematis -
pink on the left, creamy white on the right -
which has followed on from the bright May
and the glorious magnolias!
