Why am I looking so sorry for myself?
Well, I'll tell you -
a week ago I managed to split my toenail
quite badly - across as well as down -
and my foot became infected so my toe swelled up.
A trip to the vet was necessary
and an operation
to cut the damaged nail
which will hopefully grow back soon.
The anaesthetic left me feeling a bit funny....
