I found this lovely stick
on our way to the park
but it was a bit unruly
so I had to give it a good shaking
to keep it in line!
Hanging from that branch above me
is a poor little mitten
that has fallen by the way -
I bet someone misses its warmth
and its bright colours -
maybe they will come looking for it.
I must say, though,
I much prefer sticks to gloves!
