Sunday 13th February

Tell me this isn't a sunny, Summer day!!
Well, it isn't -
it's a blustery February afternoon
veering between rainy (or trying to),
squally, and bright sunny periods!
Don't believe me?
Well, you would never see so much of the church
if there were leaves on the trees!
Coming to the park, we had to lean into the wind
squelching through the mud in our wellingtons
but no sooner had we entered than the wind dropped...
...and the sun came out...
it was glorious for a spell,
then the wind resumed its earlier buffeting
but at least it kept the rain at bay.
Don't you just love our climate?
