What is that strange light over there
- and that loud noise
- and that large crowd?
It's the people of Sunbury
celebrating Christmas together
with carol singing in the meadow
around the Christmas tree!
It's an ideal night for it, crisp and clear
and whenever the singing stops
you can hear the laughter of the children
dashing about the field in the dark.
What a marvellous idea -
it looks so Christmassy
I wish I could have done it justice with my camera.
Ah well, there's always next year.
In the meantime, I must find a
wobbliest photo of the year competition!
