I have been rather distracted
of late, and have failed to update my diary
on a regular basis
but who really wants to hear
complaints about not being able
to water the garden?
Or moans about the pile of rubbish
that some scruffy person dumped in the Green Strip?
Far better to wait:
and what came along as night fell
but a family of hummingbird moths -
eight or nine of them
hovering around the buddleia!
I really need a better camera
to do them justice
but they are fascinating to watch as they gather nectar!!
